Service Description
Available in 15min increments with a 30min minimum booking. Have an unwanted house guest refusing to leave, House party getting out of control, Feeling unsafe, Dispute getting heated, Have a prowler? Home-Safe Secure Services have vehicles and guards in your area, simply book the next available service and a Home-Safe guard will come to your aid. Home-Safe Guards are trained in 'conflict resolution', peaceful solutions are our priority. Home-Safe Guards may at their discretion offer transit services as part of these bookings (HS may drive your guest to their destination. *conditions apply) Timings are from point of arrival to point of departure or guest drop off. In Emergency situations where an imminent threat is present call the Police. All guards wear Digital Recording Systems and interactions may be recorded. Members have the right to request in writing to review data. Data from Security Incidents are stored as per legislative requirements. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Policy: Members booking 'Escort Services' are open to cancel 10 minutes from time of booking free from cancellation fees, unless the service booked has a pick-up or service start time within the 10 minutes. Members are charged a $6 cancellation fee if they cancel any "Escort" service outside the 10 minutes, or if they or their guests are not available to complete the stated service at time of booked pick up or if the member breaches the terms and conditions. Temporary Membership bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits taken for Discounted rates or accepted offers are non-refundable. Drivers and Guards will wait for a period of 5minutes at stated pick up service start locations. If guests are not ready at that time Drivers at their discretion reserve the right to continue to the next booked service. Airport Transfers and Charter bookings of 1 hour duration or more attract a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings made more than 3 hours in advance may be altered/amended or suspended up until 120mins before the said service start time by contacting Home-Safe Management Direct. If Home-Safe is unable to provide a booked service due to emergencies, break downs or unforeseen circumstances, members will be refunded any monies and no cancellation fees are charged. Home-safe cannot be held liable for any delays in services due to unforeseen circumstances.
